Julio Rodríguez delivered a two-run single in the third inning to give the Seattle Mariners a 2-0 lead over the Houston Astros in Tuesday's ALDS Game 1.
The Mariners loaded the bases with one out against Astros starter Lance McCullers Jr., bringing Rodríguez to the plate.
Rodríguez then lined a single into center field, scoring Ty France and Eugenio Suárez.
The hit gave Rodríguez three RBIs in the series, and extended his hitting streak to 11 games.
The Mariners went on to win the game 6-2, taking an early lead in the best-of-five series.
